Job Requirement

  • Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/”O” Level, any field.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Applicants must be willing to work at Rinching Semenyih
  • Preferably Non-Executives specializing in Customer Service or equivalent
  • Good interpersonal communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Provide daily general administrative support to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day office and business operations activities
  2. Prospecting: Offer insurance / road tax quotations to customer (Engage with customer via phone calls / emails /whatsapp)
  3. Closing sales: Get customer to make payment for our quotations
  4. Attend to all the sales leads provided by company / new leads
  5. Attend to all the sales leads provided by company / new leads
  6. To assist customer to solve arising insurance problems and continuous follow up with customer until issue is resolved
  7. To achieve monthly sales quota set by management
  8. Providing correct quotation and explanations for expanding sales
  9. Organize, develop and maintain a proper customer data system
  10. Able to absorb new knowledge and updated with the latest information on the products in order to provide quality services and to attend all inquiries by customers

Job Requirement

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor in Human Resource Management/Business/Marketing/Graphic Design
  • Required language: Bahasa Malaysia & English
  • Candidate must possess at least CGPA OF 3.2 and above
  • Required skill must good coordination skills, good communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills, positive learning attitude
  • Internship for at least 3-6 month, available to start from Jan 2022 onward

Key Responsibilities for Admin Insurance

  1. To support sales prospecting: Offer insurance / road tax quotations to customer (Engage with customer via phone calls / emails /whatsapp)
  2. Provide daily general administrative support to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day office and business operations activities
  3. To attend to all customer fulfilments after-sales closed
  4. Organize, develop and maintain a proper customer data system
  5. Assist to track the leads and follow up with required documents and tasks

Key Responsibilities for Marketing

  1. To support the Marketplace Sales & Marketing team with administrative tasks and duties to achieve marketplace (s) targets
  2. To support the Marketplace Sales & Marketing team to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and communications

Key Responsibilities for Graphic Design

  1. To support the graphic design team in video & photo editing that can be used as a promotional material.
  2. Design creative illustrations and characters using Adobe Illustrator
  3. Understanding using other Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and other Adobe Software
  4. Perform related duties and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor
